At Cleansingvita, we are committed to providing high-quality printing services. This Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns, refunds, or reprints may be available for our business card printing services.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our printing work. If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards or differs significantly from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting your order at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Printing Errors

If we make an error in the printing process (wrong color, incorrect text, printing defects), we will reprint your order free of charge or provide a full refund at your request.

Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement order to be sent at no cost to you.

Non-Quality Issues

Returns or refunds are generally not available for:

  • Orders that match the approved proof
  • Changes of mind after approval
  • Errors in design files provided by the customer
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Custom or personalized orders that have been printed

Proof Approval Process

Before printing begins, we provide a digital proof for your review and approval. Once you approve the proof, you are confirming that the design, text, colors, and layout are correct. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after proof approval unless there is a printing error on our part.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, refund, or reprint:

  1. Contact us within the specified timeframes above
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Include photographs if the issue is related to quality or damage
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Replacement Orders

For quality issues or printing errors, we typically offer to reprint your order rather than provide a refund. Replacement orders will be produced with priority and shipped as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

If we request that you return damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Do not return items without contacting us first and receiving authorization.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, including die-cut shapes, special finishes, and personalized designs, are generally non-refundable once production has begun. However, we will work with you to resolve any quality issues.

Rush Orders

Rush orders that have been printed cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the expedited production schedule. Quality issues will still be addressed according to our quality guarantee.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund.
